Mike knows small business and he knows Credit Unions. While a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO) and chair of the Business Services and Member Growth Committies, he was president of the venerable Credit Union consulting firm Counter Intelligence Associates and partner with the Rochdale Group, where he served as lead consultant in the design and development of 16 business lending Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs), each owned in part by one or more credit unions. 

As a banker, Mike was a commercial lender, trust officer, regional sales manager and community bank president.  He chaired the California Bankers Association Sales and Marketing Committee. 

As a Credit Union Industry executive, Mike led the creation of 16 multiple-credit union owned CUSOs and has guided more than 300 credit unions in the development of financial products and services for business owner-credit union members.

Mike is a graduate of Lincoln University Law School, the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing Management and Strategic Planning at the University of Georgia, and the Pepperdine University / NACUSO Designing and Implementing Collaboration and Business Networks certificate program at Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business and Management.
